Use the new online submission form and earn 5 Bonus Box Tops!

The next Box Tops submission deadline is coming fast. To make sure you get your submissions post-marked by February 28, make a plan for counting and packaging your Box Tops for mailing.
• Choose an afternoon or evening to count and bundle your Box Tops.
• Identify a workspace and enlist helpers if you need them.
• Gather supplies, including Ziploc® brand storage bags, pens, note paper, boxes and mailing labels.
• Download and print
Submission Forms.
• Review
Submission instructions.
• Don’t forget postage!
Here are a few tips to help you get started:
1. Bundle your Box Tops in groups of 50, then label and place each bundle in a Ziploc® bag. Be sure to weed out any that are counterfeit or expired, since they won’t be credited to your school. For more detailed instructions, see the Box Tops

2. Enjoy the process—have snacks and beverages on hand (preferably products sporting a Box Top logo!), listen to music and remember why you’re doing this in the first place—to help your school earn extra cash to spend on whatever it needs most!
3. Don’t sweat the small stuff. There’s no need to worry about clipping right on the lines or cleaning the edges of a jagged Box Top. As long as the coupon has the valid expiration date visible and are counted and bundled they are ready to be processed and turned into cash for your school.
4. Fill out an
online submission form and
get 5 Bonus Box Tops! When you fill out the form, it calculates the value of your Box Tops and supplies a total for you! Then just print the form and enclose it with your Box Tops package. Submitting your Box Tops online will let you track the status and receipt of your submission package(s) online. You’ll also be able to see the total value of the received submission and when it will appear in your earnings online. This will help you know that your submission arrived safely, was processed and accounted for by Box Tops.
Submissions will be processed in March and your school can expect to receive a check for your submission by mid-April. Thanks for being a Box Tops coordinator!
