Books about babies

Hello all!  I am new to this site but look forward to posting w/ all of you.  :)

I am currently 24 wks pregnant w/ my third.  I have a 2 yr old boy and a 5 yo girl.  My daughter is now in Kindergarten and doing great, she loves it.

I wanted to ask if anyone has had any good experiences with baby books, most importantly, where babies come from.  LOL  My daughter (I think) is waaaaay too advanced and has asked a couple of times and I kind of beat around the bush about it.  She asked me one day if they come from daddy's, lol.  I answered, well kind of.  I would really like to get a book I can read to her and teach her a little bit more about it but without revealing too much.

Any suggestions?

Maria :0)

RE: Books about babies

I remember a book from when I was a kid called "Where did I come from?".  You can probably check it out of your library and see if it would serve your purpose.  When I was pregnant with my third, my then 7 year old asked questions, but somehow I always got out of answering them.  Now that she is 10, I wish we had already had the conversation.  Good luck!

RE: Books about babies

I found a great book on Amazon.com called "Making Me".  It was a great book full of activities.  Hope this helps!

Try the book called "What to expect when mommy is expecting" - Its intended for kids 2 and up.

RE: Books about babies

Great, I will check those out and see which one I use.  For some reason I thought when we posted something on here, that I would get an email when someone responded but I never did.  I decided to come check and see if anyone had responded and found all of your wonderful suggestions.  THANKS!!  :)
