Are Kleenex tissues no longer participating in BoxTops??

I have been buying Kleenex tissues for quite some time and they have always had a BoxTop on the bottom of their boxes. Recently, the last 7 or 8 boxes I have bought, there were no BoxTops on the bottom anymore. I know that new products are joining all the time, but I have never heard of a product just ceasing to have BoxTops. Kleenex brand Cottonelle toilet paper still participates, so I am a little confused. Does anyone know what's up w/this?

Hi there! I work in a retail store and our kleenex boxes still have the box tops on them! In fact I just bought a box the other day and the box top is on there. That is very strange, though! Did you maybe buy a multipack of kleenex where the box top was on the outside packaging and not each individual box??

I also found that Box Tops were not on all the boxes.  I had to really look.  Some products did not have them.  I also emailed Kleenex the other day and let them know that I noticed.  I also let them know that it does make a difference to some consumers.  Maybe if everyone emailed them they would bring them back.

All of the Kleenex brand tissues used to have box tops on them and I had noticed a few months ago I was finding more boxes without them and actually called Kimberly Clark and they said they have adjusted what kleenex tissues have box tops but they are still participating in the program. After a lot of research during shopping trips I have found that  the the only styles of Kleenex tissues that consistently have box tops are the colored tissue, the antibacterial tissues and the original plain tissues. You also might have some luck at the discount stores on the older lotion boxes. Hope this helps

I called the customer service on the bottom of the box today and inquired about the lack of box tops.  I was told by the customer service representative that they would be coming back on the boxes, that they had to do some printing changes.  I asked as to when she thought that this problem would be corrected as I only buy Kleenex brand due to the fact that they have these on them.  I do prefer Puffs, especially the ones with Vick's.  I will be calling back in the next couple of weeks to get an update.

I always bought Kleenex with Lotion.  Those boxes no longer have the box tops on them so I buy the Kleenex Antibacterial.  I hope they put the boxtops back on the Lotion tissues because those are my favorite!!!!

Kleenex has returned with BoxTops this month in our store in Lancaster, CA and the 3 pack bundle has 3 bonus ones on them! The BoxTops were missing for a few months.

Hello, The kleenex boxes sometimes have the box tops on the underside of the flap that you pull off to open the box. Also I bought the 10 pack from sams and it had a 10 bonus box top on the plastic wrapping.  COOL>

I buy the anti viral Kleenex and they are still on them.  The Boxtop is located under the plastic sleeve that goes around the box.

I just bought a case of the regular tissue boxes from our local Costco and am disappointed that they do not have the box tops on them nor on the outside wrapper.  I guess as a consumer we need to start looking closer at the packaging.  You would think if Kleenex has Box Tops on some of their products then they would include them on all their products.  And they even advertise Box Tops on their home page.
