Solution to Coordinator Forum Issue

All,  I finally got onto the forum!!!  I called BTFE customer service and requested to speak to a manager.  The phone and email reps just weren't cutting it after too many calls and emails.  The manager finally heard my plea and personally contacted the IT Department.  She believed it was a problem that had to do with my email address when I registered as the new coordinator.  I requested that she return my phone call with a response once the problem was solved and I advised that I would contact the Office of the President of General Mills if the problem was not resolved by this Friday.  I called just after my last post at 11:42 and the problem was solved by 4:00 this afternoon.  Yippee!!!

It's amazing what talking to a supervisor and threatening to contact the President will accomplish. 

For all the site should be up now.  If not please give them a call and ask for the manager.  Let me know if you have any success or not.  Good luck, I'll keep checking...Stephanie

You ROCK!  Thank you so much for taking the time to call and get this resolved.  I've just been sitting around waiting for someone to fix it.  I was able to get into the coordinator forums for the first time ever!

Stephanie  next time when you are logged in to the coordinator's forum would you copy and paste the website address here?  I still have never been able to get into the coordinator forum (despite phone calls) and thought this might work if I just had the correct website address.

Then you probably need to call GM, all coordinators are supposed to be able to access forum now.
