Need help to send in box tops

Hi! I need to find out what exactly the coordinator needs to do to send in the box tops. If anyone has info please reply! Thanks!

If you are a coordinator, I suspect all the info you need is in the coordinators fourm.  I think you access that by clicking the "coordinator log-in" button in the top right hand side of this page.

You'll need to log in to the Coordinator forum. If you're new to this, you can call them to find out what your school ID is - you'll need that to sign in. Once you're there, there's plenty of information and guides to get you through it. If you're still stuck, post again and I'll try to walk you through it.

It's nice to help the coordinator out. It saves a lot of time if a few people can do a little extra. The coordinator needs to check the expiration dates, then 50 box tops go in each baggie. Just make sure the expiration dates are not torn off or expired. You can send in as many 50 count bags as you like. Have fun!

I just called the Box Top Program's Customer Service through at 1-************* 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time
Monday through Friday, they stated the coordinator should have that information. If not they should be able to give that to you.

If your school is registered with Box Tops they will have an I.D.# that needs to be on the redemption form.  this form can be found online - log in as a coordinator with your I.D. # and zip code.  You can bag the box tops in baggies. envelopes or on collection sheets.  Mark in 50's DO NOT SEND IN EXPIRED BOX TOPS and don't mix bonus box tops with you 50's they need to be kept separate.  Redemption time is twice a year (check are issued in December & April) but only what's sent in before deadlines - end of October and end of February.

As a coordinator , myself , I just wanted to say a heart felt "THANK YOU" for thinking of wanting to help out your coordinator !!!  Just about ANYTHING you do to make the job easier and faster for us helps more than you will ever know !!! Especially during contests and at the beginning of the school year when the number of things that coe in is way more than just a "normal" week etc. Again thank you !     Debi

Box tops can NOT be submitted in envelopes.  Must be in baggies of 50, rubber banded together in groups of 50 or collection sheets stapled together in groups of 50....
