HELP IN DETROIT
HELLO TO ALL. I AM CURRENTLY HAVING A HARD TIME LOCATING MY SCHOOLS BOX TOP COORDINATOR. I WANTED TO KNOW HOW YOU BECAME A COORDINATOR. I THINK THE OLD COORDINATOR HAS LEFT OR IS NO LONGER THE COORDINATOR. I TRIED TO EVEN CONTACT THIS PERSON THROUGH THE "FIND OUT WHO YOUR COORDINATOR IS" ON THIS SITE. WHAT CAN I DO?

Hi hope I can help. When I took over the box tops at my school I first checked with the PTA to see if anyone was in charge of that project. I also checked with the school's office they let me now that we had collected box tops in the past but not for the last few years. So I called the Box top # and they were able to give me my schools ID#. after I received that I went back on the box top website and in the upper right hand corner there is a spot to login in for coordinators. when you log in there is a place to click to change coordinators information. I hope this helps.

If your coordinator is no longer active, but is still listed as what happened in my case at my school. I contacted the principal of the school directly. It was determined that the teacher was no longer interested in being coordinator and let it drop several years ago. I offered to step up and take her place. My principal contacted BTFE and got our log in number and I changed the coordinator to myself.
