Never mind. I just found them and it taking some time to get used to this new look on this site. I tried to delete the entry and can't. Sorry.

Recipes are located under the "Earn" tab at the top. Just hover over the Earn it will open and you want to click on Clip Box Tops. Under the clip box tops on the left you will see recipes listed. Just click on the recipes and you are there.
