I have headless boxes in my pantry. I have ripped off the tops on my hamburger helper boxes and cereals!


Flyers! Flyer! I send notices home but on colored paper. I have better success when I send out fliers on Mondays! It seems that on Fridays the fliers get lost with the other stuff the teachers send out!!!


Notice I spelled flyers/fliers different. Smile

I've dressed as a box tops, advertised box tops on my outfit, dressed as the "queen bee of box tops" and taken several pies in the face on behalf of this program. I have no shame everyone I know collects for me, even strangers I met in the grocery store. I shop only on "box tops" bonus missions during KMART, Winn Dixie and Publix promotions. I did a televsion interview which my husband calls "a commercial" for this program. I motivate with GM baked goods from brownies to cookies and cakes. I also did a shopping spree and suprised our winners with 75.00 worth of box tops products at their home. That was fun! I too, have holes in boxes all over my house from cutting the box tops before the product is finished and last but not least, when I do a food bank donation I remove the box tops very carefully first. This week recovering from surgery, I created 2 new collection sheets and tallied 4, 790 BT's for elementary and 590 for our middle school. I'm turning our collection bin into a pot of gold for my March challenge. I think I live box tops. Oh how did this happen.....

I am a new coordinator for my daughter's school. I AM NOT A TEACHER, SO I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT APPEARS NEXT TO MY NAME. I have sent home collection sheets and had okay response. I have copied many flyers and sent them to teachers and parents, but have not had any feedback at all. When I try to make purchases for My Class Essentials, it appears that NONE of my teachers have registered although I've sent many messages about how.


I would like to make this program more popular, but reallly don't know how to go about increasing interest. We have plenty of contributors who clip box tops, but not much other online interest.


Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks much,

I clip all coupons that have box tops on them and when our local grocery store is having a promotion, I go overborard!  I am the one who is the checkout line with 2 or 3 different trasnactions just to make sure I get the bonus points!  I also send home little reminders on the last Monday of every month to remind everyone to bring in their box tops the next day so that I can collect, count, and annouce the winning class.  The winning class gets the traveling trophy and a big box top sign to hang on their door for the entire month and then they get a popsicle party.  The overall winning class at the end of the year will get to either get the Principal in a dunk tank or throw creme pies at her!

I am an avid collecter of box tops. I am in charge of the Community Outreach Committee (COC) at my company, RR Donnelley, and each month the COC helps out people in our community, where it is in our plant or in the town and surrounding areas. We cook up a storm and most of the things we cook and bake have box tops on them, so at the end of the month, I have collected over 100+ box tops. I also have a collection box strategically placed all over the plant to advertise that I am collecting for a local elementary school. It is always a hit and my grand daughter's school is almost to their goal for the year! I even go by peoples desk and steal their box tops from their tissues....I am always checking trash cans to make sure none of those precious btfe's get away....We also collect for the local food bank, by raffling off premium parking spaces, and I clip the box tops off of them carefully. I will do anything to get those box tops.....
