I just noticed today that my school name had been changed to "Admin School" in Minnesota?!?!?  I changed it back to Norris Elementary - Firth NE, but how long was it wrong?  Did all my Bonus Box Top contest registrations get credited to the wrong school?  In reviewing the discussion posts, there are many people who are assigned to an "Admin School" in various locations.  Is that a real school?  Anyone else notice this?

I don't know what's going on, but mine is the same way. Everything is wrong - the school, the state, and the earnings. I'm guessing it's just some sort of glitch that will be resolved shortly, but I'm not sure.

My school name changed, too!  To the Minnesota school, also!  Ugh!  I love the Box Tops program - but the web site stresses me out!  My totals keep changing and now the name of the school has changed!

We have noticed the name change also.  Some of my co-workers shop at the Market Place and it looks like all the earnings went to the MN school and not ours in NH!  If I go on the coordinator's page, the earnings are somewhat correct.  If I look up under Your School, the name changed to Admin School in MN and only earned $40 so far this year!

On my profile page, above the information box there is a little sentence that states you are earning for Admin School which you can change back to your school.  That is what I did and now my information is correct.  Hope this works for you! :)

Same thing happen here. I just wonder why things change when there was no need for it. I fixed it and it's correct. The only thing I'm having trouble changing is the coordinator's message. I don't know where I am most of the time. Am I in the everyday website or am I in the coordinators website. Since I'm the coordinator and when I log in to the coordinator's site I see a message to me from the coordinator which is me. Does anyone follow me? HElP!

Same thing happened to me today I checked my profile.. the name of school I support was changed to ADMIN School (in MN). Isn't that terrible ? I've never given any authorization nor my password to anybody (but I remember that that password was the original password they gave to me the first time I signed up and I never changed it, since I thought this website should be trustworthy.. well.. obviously it's NOT..!).  I have changed it now and leaned my lesson.

My school was also changed. I figured it had to be a glitch when they updated the website,so I just changed it back. As for the on line submission form click on the  coordinator tab and there's a link to the submission form. P.S. I'm not liking the new site, but then again only a wet baby appreciates change!Stick out tongue

Happened to me too!  I just received an email that I earned bonus box tops so I sent a message using "Contact Us" to make sure my school gets credited for the bonus (not "Admin School"!

I noticed the same thing a few weeks ago - my school also was changed to "ADMIN SCHOOL".  Who knows how many of my online entries went to that school instead of my school.  Something fishy is going on because 10 winners in the "i love my school sweepstakes" that just ended in February are from ADMIN SCHOOL. After seeing that this has happened to others, I reported it with the "Report Abuse" button.  You should report it too.

Mine did the same and I called too.  They said they fixed up but on the most current winners list, alot of them were from ADMIN school.  How can that be?

I also had this happen about the time of the web site update.  I logged on for the online submission sheet in the week before the deadline.  In trying to find it's new location, I noticed that the school I support had changed.  I just corrected the infomation and submitted it like any other change.  So far, I have not seen it change again.  I just thought it was a glitch in doing the web site update and didn't think much about it since I was able to correct it.  However, I am glad that I noticed it before I sent in my shipment and it got misapplied or something. 


I was excited today because I was able to sign up for the Boxtops University because they are having one in Phoenix this year.  I can't wait to go and gather lots of new information and ideas from my fellow local coordinators.  Keep on snipping........Jan

I had the same problem.  I was using GoogleChrome.  When I switched to Firefox, it worked just fine.  Hope this helps.
