On all of these contests for earning additional boxtops it states below the submit button that all fields must be filled in.  I am unable to fill in any fields not already filled in.

I am in the same predictament.  It has my name, email address, and home address only.  So I just click the box next to rules and then click submit.  Then a message comes up saying thank you for your enrty ... . So I am assuming that if you get the screen saying thank you then you have been entered.  Hope this helps.
