Post your e-mail address and I can send you some of my collection sheets. I also work, so they make counting / sorting much easier. Have found that using the collection sheets actually does the advertising for you, and the kids love them!!

There are severa available fom the coodinators side of btfe. also ptotoday.com has tons that people post that you can download and edit for your school.

I created this one an it is posted on our school website. You can fit 50 trimmed box tops on it and then they are all ready for submission. No more counting and bundling. I ask the families to try to fill them in completely, but when it gets close to a deadline, I will ask them to send in any incomplete forms and my volunteers finish gluing the loose box tops on them. Good Luck

I would love collection sheets and fliers explaining the collection program for just the clipping.
We are brand new at this and i think that we will take it one step at a time.
I want to make sure that people keep clipping all summer long!
