When is the DEADLINE? Where do I find out more of this info?
Hello all! I'm a new coordinator..where do I find all of the information that tells me the deadlines? I'm trying to get a contest up and running but need to know the official dates.

Hello. You have until a post mark date of 31 Oct to mail in your BoxTops in order for it to count towards your Dec-Jan $ check. If you are a coordinator, you should have a log-in and password. There is a ton of info on the web site. Try this web site too www.ptotoday.com/filesharing

Thank you Brian! My deal is that I am a new coordinator and I have not spoken with the old one to figure out how to reset the information so that I can technically be the coordinator and access the information online. :o/ Any suggestions? Thank you!

HI THERE! I AM A BRAND NEW COORDINATOR TOO, AND I ALSO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THAT OUR OLD COORDINATOR RETIRED AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY INFO BEHIND. SO, I CALLED THE 800# LISTED ON THE BOX TOP WEBSITE, I GAVE THEM THE SCHOOL THAT I WAS TRYING TO SIGN UP FOR, THEY GAVE ME THE SCHOOL ID AND TOLD ME HOW TO LOG IN AND REMOVE THE OLD COORDINATOR. AFTER THAT, I WAS ABLE TO SIGN UP AS THE NEW ONE, IT WAS PRETTY EASY. CALL THE 800# AND THEY CAN GIVE YOU YOUR SCHOOL ID. GOOD LUCK!

Julie,
Just click "Contact Us" on bottom of page, and call the toll free # and explain that old coordinator is gone and has left no information. They can give you the school ID, only info you need is school name and zip code. It only takes a few minutes to do. I had to do it at beginning of this year myself, then 3 weeks later a folder appeared with all the info in it.

where do you find the 800 number. I dont see it anywhere. I am in same boat old coordinator gone and i am parent just trying to help. School gave me go ahead with no info....
