Marketplace earnings posted only for B&N
When I checked on my marketplace earnings today, it is only reflecting purchases that I have made at Barnes & Noble and not purchases with other vendors. In the past, my total was higher and it showed the purchases I made at places like Pottery Barn & shoes.com. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Mine shows $0 for 2009 and 2010 and $0 since enrollment, which I know was almost $50 (I jsut looked last week)
I think it is just another hiccup in GM updating the website. On coordinator calendar Monday, it said Wednesday was roll out for new site. By Tuesday it was gone, so they must have found more bugs.
I wish Raid had BTs, cause I would send GM a case!

Hi, Similar situation here. My "since enrollment" amount matches my July 2009 numbers so there must be a system error. We'll have to ask about that one. I was too busy trying to figure out how my school was at 46% of its goal for Boxtops. There must have been a large collection before school ended in June and the boxtops were sent in then. Before Aug 15 the total was at $3, my Marketplce earnings last purchase.

When I sent an email to Boxtops I got a standard answer of the posting calendar and was told my message would be forwarded to another dept. Not even an acknowledgement that my history was wiped out, even purchases from March and April.
I also told them to use the "important news forum" when things like this happen or even check the forums more often to see what participants are having trouble with.
