Information on the Box Tops for Education Marketplace regarding your earnings, account balance, confirmed school payments, school eligibility, and other data is based on the most recently available data and may reflect estimates only. Actual payments to schools through the Box Tops Marketplace are subject to adjustment for returns or cancellations. If you have made a purchase through the Box Tops Marketplace and do not see it reflected on your account information, please wait at least 90 days before contacting us. Due to the way some merchants report data to us, it may take this long for General Mills to post information to your account. If after 90 days a transaction still has not posted, please access our dispute resolution page to report the error so that we can investigate. We recommend that you keep all records of your purchases from participating merchants for at least 90 days, just in case there is a problem with a merchant or your account.
Payments to schools will only be made once payment has been received by General Mills from the participating merchant. If a participating merchant fails to provide payment of the proper amount to General Mills for any reason (including, but not limited to, computer or human error, bankruptcy, or a cessation of business operations), no payment—or only a partial payment—will be made to the designated school.
