How does the experation dates work?

If you can send in all year dose that mean that as long as the GM receives the BT by the experation date you will receive credit for them.  I have some BT that will expier before the deadline and trying to find out if they will be worth the work to turn them in.

Yes! As long as GM gets them before the expiration date, they count. Some schools do monthly mailings, and some mail at the submission deadlines. My school is planning to mail in late May for the June 1st deadline. I would give a quick call/email to your coordinator about when they will go in. Chances are, you will have one more submission before the deadline.

Hi, My school submission deadlines were October 28th and February 28th. I guess it depends on the school you support. Have fun collecting boxtops!

What June 1st deadline?

Because some box tops expire 6/1/09 and some expire 6/30/09, alot of coordinators send in a submission by June 1st.

I am a coordinator. I use the online submission form. I figure so long as I've used the form before the June 1st expiration date there shouldn't be any problem.

I must also say that every expired Box Top I've sent in this school year HAS been honored.

The June 1st date sets you up for getting all your box tops in before they expire (6/1 or 6/30).

Our school doesn't get out until around June 26th, so I'm going to be collecting Box Tops for nearly four weeks after some other schools are out. My last shipment isn't going in until the first week of July.

Why do they need expiration dates at all?  Each coupon is only worth 10 cents and I don't think doing away with the expiration date would result in a flood of coupons.
