Show your teachers how much they're appreciated
11/02/2009

Few people have as strong an impact on our children as their teachers. They shape our kids’ way of thinking, way of treating others and overall outlook on life. Sometimes they even cover the cost of supplies out of their own wallets. So how do we thank them for all they do? Some suggestions:
•
Contribute to their My Class Essentials™ registry: Your teacher may have signed up for our latest way to earn, My Class Essentials. It’s a free registry at which teachers can select the supplies their classrooms need. If your teacher hasn’t signed up, suggest it with a flyer. If your teacher has done so, express your thanks by purchasing registry items.
•
Shop online at the Marketplace for the perfect teacher gift: Box Tops makes online shopping easy. Give your teacher a great book from Barnes & Noble, personalized stationery from Vista Print or a juicy treat from Harry & David. Search for products and shop at more than 100 retailers at the Marketplace, earning cash for your school on all your purchases.
•
Share a Box Tops recipe: Homemade treats make great teacher gifts, and we have some delicious ideas such as
Angel Macaroons,
Gingerbread Pinwheels and
Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Banana Cookies.
