Anyone else having this issue? I ordered twice from them, once in December clicking through from the box tops site, and once last month by clicking on the reading room special offer from them. Neither order shows at all in boxtops land. Is there something special I need to do? AT this point I sure will no longer bother with the boxtop reading room, boxtops is the only reason I ever shopped there.

:( WOW all this time I took it for granted, I used Barnes&Noble last month too durning their extra bonus ebox tops offer. I just checked and I did not receive either they're not even pending, And for my Walmart marketplace purchase it only gave me .29587 rather than the  1.25 for $29.99 purchase. Also the other two FamousFootwear nothing should be pending 11.25 for a $14.99 purchase & Ink should be pending 68.75 for a $55.69 purchase.

I had the same issue. Ordered from them to get the special deal of 10 boxtops a month or so ago. Saw nothing post to the school account. Am not using Barnes and Noble anymore.

I had the same issue earlier last month. Nothing I had purchased since September was showing up. You just have to email them the date, the order number, the purchase amount and tell them it was from Barnes and Noble and they will confirm it and credit your account.

I have not been promoting the Market Place as I had intended to because I am not getting credit as I should for many purchases from many of the retailers.  I have added these sites on my "safe" list so that my firewall will not block the cookies and everything.  I am not comfortable promoting something that I can't even get to work properly.  That is my 2 cents.


BT is a great program, but this facet of it doesn't do much for me.  It is a shame because the $$ potential is tremendous!!

Hi everyone, this step may or may not help :  On your computer, go to tools on the upper right hand corner on your screen ; click on that, then go to Internet Options, click again. Then make sure your " cookies" are enabled. This gives the companies that you are shopping thru a peek @ your purchases. If all else fails, after thirty days from your purchase call customer service with your missing info. They will need your order number,order date, amount & the e-mail that you were shopping from. I hope this helps all of you out there that need help. Good Luck.

I believe they will ask you for the following information.  They will respond via email within a few days. I've never had an issue with any of the other Marketplace shops, just B&N.


Date of the order


The order number


The website used


The amount of the purchase


The email address used for the purchase

Barnes and Noble will report box tops if you order through the marketplace instead of the reading room. I placed an order with Barnes and Noble through the marketplace and they showed up within a day or two on my pending box tops earnings list.


I am having the same problem with Lands End in the marketplace. They never ever credit me box tops when I place orders. And I do a lot of shopping through the marketplace with them so it's disappointing for sure!

I have had $0.00 for my BN puchases for a few months now.  I thought it was because I get getting books on my nook vs. actual books.  I didn't remember having that problem earlier in the year. 


I also have had issues with Target.  I ordered items for my kids for Easter about a month before and still haven't seen it posted.
